SHIPPING POLICY
SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
Orders are generally processed within 4-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may then be delayed by a few days. Processing time does not include time for transit and delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Processing times for bulk orders is variable. The estimated time of processing will be communicated within the bulk order process.
SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Charges for shipping and handling are calculated in the shopping cart of the website. Rates will very by weight.
Standard and Priority shipping options are available.
Shipping rates begin at $5.
Estimated time of delivery will be provided in the purchase process.
SHIPMENT ADDRESSES
We ship to addresses within all 50 States in the United States.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently do not ship to international addresses.
If shipping to an international address is desired, special arrangements may be considered. Please contact us at thecratelabel@gmail.com if International shipping is desired.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
DAMAGES
We are not responsible for any products damages or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Remember to take photographs of damaged package immediately upon receipt of said package.
