Victoria Avenue Citrus Association Riverside
A RARE & UNUSUAL CASE!
This Lincoln label from the Victoria Avenue Citrus Association is very unique. It is an exceptionally rare case in which a crate label carries the ORIGINAL Sunkist logo. The very first Sunkist logo that was used to signify the top quality of citrus running through the Sunkist Co-op was the sunburst pattern. This logo can be found on other labels, but those same labels are 9 times out of 10 going to cost upwards of $800 to $2,000+.
This label happens to be one that we have carried for some time. We are very low on stock of this label. But we have retained the "standard" pricing that our family has priced it at for the last 40+ years.
If you get this, you will be getting a bargain deal for a great label.
In addition, this label dates to the 1920's. So this label can indeed now be considered a true antique since it is now 100 years old. And yes, all purchases from The Crate Label are guaranteed to be authentic old labels that were actually printed long ago.
Orange labels are approx. 10in x 11in.
All images are sample.
Please note! These labels are approximately 60 to 100 years old. That said, there may be signs of age such as nicks, tears (generally small), and other signs of time and handling.
These came from our family collection. See the thecratelabel.com website for further information.
